POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a meticulous Liquidation Manager to ensure full compliance with Vietnam's customs bonded manufacturing regulations. You will own the end-to-end management of imported raw material registration, consumption norm tracking, and liquidation reporting — minimising customs risk and maintaining the company's strong compliance standing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Register imported raw materials and sub-materials with customs upon arrival; maintain the import material tracking ledger (HS codes, quantities, balances)
• Establish, register, and continuously update material consumption norms (định mức / BOM) for each product or SKU with customs authorities
• Compile and submit periodic liquidation reports reconciling imports, production consumption, and exports within regulatory deadlines
• Prepare documentation for customs audits and inspections; respond to customs queries on material usage, inventory, and liquidation discrepancies
• Monitor regulatory changes related to bonded manufacturing and implement corrective actions for any compliance gaps
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, purchasing, and statistics teams to ensure consistent and accurate material flow data for liquidation
• REQUIREMENTS
•   Education
• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• ⏱  Experience
• 5–7 years in customs, import-export, or bonded manufacturing liquidation
• Minimum 3 years in a similar liquidation or customs compliance role
• Preferably in a manufacturing environment
•   Technical skills
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam customs bonded manufacturing & liquidation regulations
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in customs declaration systems
• Understanding of import-export, warehouse, production, and accounting processes
•   Language
• Able to understand and communicate by English

• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with customs authorities and cross-functional teams
