1. Legal update: Research and regularly update legal regulations related to the business operations of the Company.
2. Legal advice and guidance: Understanding the company's business activities, collect information, documen from related operational Division/Department to check on compliance of regulations of laws and ISO standards, and research, establish checklists and issue guidance for Division/Department to comply with legal requirements and ISO requirements in operation; filing ISO document in charged by Legal Division.
3. Contract reviewing and legal advice, licensing: Review, check and adjust appropriately contracts, agreements to be signed between the Company and Business Partners; give legal advice for related issue; prepare and complete the licensing process in relation with ERC, IRC, other business license,… of Company/Branches.
4. Others: Other tasks assigned by Manager and above

1. Education

   - Bachelor of Law

2. Experience

   - At least 1 year of working experience in the legal field enterprise with international company or law firm; prefer for the experience in or relating to the logistics business
