一、岗位职责/Key Responsibilities

1.合同与法律文书管理/ Contract  &Legal   Document  Management

负责越南本地全业务线的合同法律文书管理,独立审核、起草酒店文旅运营、RBF投资交易、中越跨境合作等各类场景的  协议与法律文件,确保条款符合越南属地法律法规及公司内部管理要求,同步对接中国法务团队完成跨法域的条款对齐与  确认。

Manage the fullspectrum of contracts and legal documents forall Vietnam business lines,independently reviewing    and drafting agreements and legal documents for various scenarios including hospitality and tourism operations,RBF (Revenue-Based Financing)investment transactions,and cross-border China-Vietnam collaborations.
Ensure all terms  comply with Vietnamese local laws and regulations as well as internal corporate requirements,and coordinate with

The China legal team to align and confirm cross-jurisdictional provisions.

2.日常法律咨询/ Day-to-Day Legal Advisory

为越南本地业务团队提供日常全场景法律咨询,覆盖运营合规、商务合作、交易流程、劳动用工等事项,及时出具专业法  律意见与可落地的问题解决方案。

Provide comprehensive day-to-day legal advisory services to the Vietnam local business teams,covering operational   compliance,commercial  partnerships,transaction  processes,labor  and  employment  matters,and  other  relevant  areas. Deliver timely,professional legal opinions and practical solutions to address business needs.

3.法律尽职调查/Legal Due Diligence

协助风控及投资团队开展越南本地酒店文旅项目、投资项目的法律尽职调查,梳理属地法律风险点,输出尽调结论与风险  缓释建议,配合推进项目落地执行。

Support the risk control and investment teams in conducting legal due diligence for Vietnam local hospitality,tourism, and  investment  projects.
Identify jurisdictional  legal  risks,produce  due  diligence findings, and  risk  mitigation recommendations,and  facilitate  the  execution  and  implementation  of  projects.

4.外部律所对接与争议处理/ External Law Firm Coordination &Dispute Resolution

统筹对接越南本地外部合作律所,处理专项法律事务、争议纠纷处置及监管沟通等事项,跟进案件与项目进度,保障法律  事务高效推进。

Coordinate and manage relationships with local external law firms in  Vietnam,handling  special  legal  matters,dispute resolution,and regulatory communications.
Track case and project progress to ensure efficient and effective legal support.

5.其他法律相关工作/Other Legal-Related Tasks

完成上级及中国法务团队交办的其他法律相关工作。

Carry out other legal-related tasks as assigned by superiors and the China legal team.

二、任职要求/ Job Requirements

1.学历与资质/Education  &Qualifications

法学本科及以上学历,持有越南法律职业资格/律师执业证优先。

Bachelor's degree or above in law;holding a Vietnamese legal professional qualification certificate or lawyer's license is  preferred.

2.工作经验/Work  Experience

具备6年及以上法务、律师相关工作经验,有酒店文旅、RBF投融资、中越跨境出海业务相关经验者优先。

A minimum of 6 years of relevant legal or attorney experience,with prior experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, RBF(Revenue-Based  Financing)investment  and  financing,or  China-Vietnam  cross-border  business operations  preferred.

3.语言能力/ Language Requirements

中英文听说读写流利,可作为正式工作语言优先,能够独立与中国法务团队无障碍沟通、处理中文工作邮件及对接中文合

同文本。

Fluency in speaking,listening,reading,and writing in both Chinese and English as official working languages is preferred;ability to independently communicate with the China legal team without barriers,handle work emails in Chinese,and review Chinese-language contract documents.

4.专业知识/Professional Knowledge

熟悉越南本地民商事、投资、文旅运营等相关法律法规及司法实操惯例,了解RBF类投融资交易的基本结构与业务逻辑。

Familiarity with Vietnamese local civil and commercial laws,investment regulations,tourism operation laws and regulations,as well as judicial practices;understanding of the basic structure and business logic of RBF-type investment  and  financing  transactions.

5.综合素质/General Competencies

沟通协调能力优秀,具备良好的跨文化协作意识,能够高效对接内外部多方主体,商务对接逻辑清晰。

Excellent  communication  and  coordination  skills,with  strong  cross-cultural  collaboration awareness; ability to effectively engage with diverse internal and external parties,and demonstrate clear and logical business communication.

抗压能力强,工作责任心强,执行力突出,对工作时效敏感,可适应多任务并行的跨境业务节奏。

Strong  resilience  under  pressure,a  high sense of responsibility,outstanding execution capability,sensitivity to timelines,and the ability to adapt to a multi-tasking cross-border business environment.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

Probation period: 2 months

Statutory social insurance will be contributed upon onboarding, based on the legal minimum salary base

Payday: 10th of every month

After being promoted to a regular employee, the cost of the physical examination can be reimbursed.(Up to 120 RMB)

Annual leave is calculated according to local labor laws, but can only be used after confirmation.
