Job Summary

The Consultant is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of E2's HR, employment law, and industrial relations advisory services to clients in the Vietnam market. This includes managing client communications and projects, delivering training and workshops, producing legal updates and thought-leadership content, supporting E2's profile-building activities, and ensuring work is carried out in line with internal workflows and quality standards. The role requires strong client-facing skills, sound technical knowledge, and the discipline to manage multiple engagements at once.

Key Responsibilities

Attend client emails and calls promptly and professionally, ensuring queries are acknowledged and addressed within agreed turnaround times.

Manage assigned projects and their requirements end-to-end, including scoping, timelines, documentation, and quality of deliverables.

Design and conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on HR, employment law, and industrial relations topics.

Prepare articles and conduct research to keep clients and the firm updated on legal and regulatory developments.

Support additional collateral requirements such as podcasts, media features, and other content or publicity materials as needed.

Represent E2 at conferences and events hosted by partners or associations, including as a speaker or presenter when required.

Provide timely and accurate updates on consulting projects and other ongoing work to clients and internal stakeholders.

Comply with internal requirements, including workflows, process management, and reporting standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor of Law (LLB)

• Prior experience in employment law or industrial relations is an advantage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Vietnamese and/or other languages is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Confident presenting to groups, including clients, partners, and at public events.

• Comfortable with research and writing, including legal updates and client-facing materials.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings, training sessions, and events as required.

• Client service orientation and responsiveness.

• Sound judgement and attention to detail in advisory work.

• Organisation and follow-through on project commitments.

• Adaptability across a varied scope of work, from casework to public speaking.

• Team player who works well within E2's internal processes and structure.

• Salary is negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
