Mô tả công việc Lab Assistant (Contractor)
1. Packaging Testing & Evaluation
Conduct routine packaging tests according to approved protocols and standards.
Perform physical, functional, and compatibility testing on packaging materials and finished products.
Record, compile, and maintain test data accurately and systematically.
Prepare test reports and summarize results.
Support troubleshooting and investigation of packaging-related issues.
2. Sample Management
Coordinate receipt, storage, and distribution of packaging samples.
Maintain sample inventory and ensure proper identification and traceability.
Prepare and dispatch samples for factory trials, and supplier testing.
Manage retention samples according to company requirements.
3. Laboratory Management
Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Ensure testing equipment is calibrated and in good working condition.
Monitor laboratory consumables and initiate replenishment when required.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain testing records, technical documents, and project files.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, cosmetic science, pharma or related field.
Previous lab experience (academic or industry) is preferred.
Communication and teamwork skills. Good in English is preferred
Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, Word) for data entry and reporting.
Willing to travel to factories to support trials and production.
