KOL Sourcing & Booking

• Search, screen and shortlist KOLs/KOCs based on brand fit, audience profile, content quality, engagement rate and budget.

• Reach out to creators, managers and agencies to check availability, rate cards and booking conditions.

• Support negotiation on fees, deliverables, timelines and usage rights under the guidance of the KOL Lead.

• Prepare booking summaries and comparison lists for team review and approval.

Coordination & Execution

• Send briefs, brand guidelines, product information and content requirements to booked creators.

• Prepare and ship product samples, gifts and seeding packages to KOLs/KOCs.

• Follow up on content submission, revisions, posting schedules and live-date compliance.

• Check posted content against the brief (messaging, hashtags, tagging, disclosure requirements).

Administrative Support

• Support paperwork, contracts, POs, invoices and payment processing for creator bookings.

• Maintain booking trackers, budget trackers and campaign status files.

• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement and Legal to ensure on-time and compliant payments.

Database & Reporting

• Build and maintain the KOL/KOC database, including rate cards, past performance, content samples and contact details.

• Collect basic performance data (reach, views, engagement, clicks, conversions) and support post-campaign reporting.

• Track competitor KOL activities and emerging creators/trends relevant to Marico brands.

Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with Brand, Content, Design, E-commerce/Affiliate and Livestream teams to align creator activities with campaign plans.

• Support ad-hoc tasks under the team's agenda and requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Final-year students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business Administration or related fields.

• 0–2 years of experience; internship or project experience in KOL/influencer marketing, social media, agency or content work is a plus.

• Active social media user with strong awareness of Vietnamese KOLs/KOCs, creators and trends on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings, deadlines and trackers at once.

• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking, comparison and basic reporting.

• Good communication and negotiation attitude; confident contacting creators, managers and agencies.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible and quick to learn.

• Good communication skills in Vietnamese; working proficiency in English.
