Recruitment Purpose

• Manage the increased technical workload resulting from major renovation works at Starlake after 5 years of operation and execute post-warranty maintenance and repairs for Ocean Park School project.

• Support M&E equipment installation and strengthen electricity consumption and technical operating cost control for projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Take main responsibility for 2 school projects and provide overall technical supervision and support for remaining Company projects.

• Inspect, plan, estimate costs, and supervise technical repair and renovation works.

• Review budgets and technical cost estimates prepared by project Chief Engineers and monitor implementation progress.

• Develop and supervise operation and maintenance plans, daily schedules, checklists, and maintenance procedures.

• Monitor energy efficiency and identify safe, cost-effective operational solutions.

• Provide training on technical systems, occupational safety, and fire protection.

• Support projects in handling major technical incidents and troubleshooting activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University graduates in Engineering or related majors.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Chief Engineer or equivalent technical supervisory role in commercial and office building, shopping center, hotel and school system.

• Proficient in English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.

• Under 40 years old.

• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.

• Good planning and task management skills.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies, methods, and approaches.
