Quyền hạn & Trách nhiệm/Authority &Responsibility:

− Research, develop & apply the best operation methods forming the most efficient and cost saving Production Processes.

− The Production processes must meet the requirement on technological, quality standards and suit the company production practices.

− Categorize parts and update productivity of parts

− Initiate ideas and support relevant departments in implementing production and improvement areas.

− Co-ordinate and settle production problems.

− Apply knowledge in machining methods

− Settle problems related to operation processes during production.

− Research, develop and improve production processes to improve productivity

− Research for suitable processed to the production practices.

− Solves problems arising during processes.

− Studies, designs and develops manufacturing processes.

− Trains and instructs the shop workers how to carry out their initial job functions

− Assists in production of prototype and sample products.

− Suggests ordering requirement of new tooling/fixture, ect

− Participates in manufacturing process planning.

− Complies to and supports Metkraft Quality System.

− Accept assign task from direct leader from time to time

Yêu cầu công việc

Kỹ năng, kinh nghiệm yêu cầu/Required skills, working experience:

− Reading comprehension, writing and communication in working field in English

− Ability to use MS office or job related software at proficiency level

− Good at team work

− At least 3 years’ experience in related areas

− Computer work, math skills

− Practical knowledge in engineering.

− Ability to run 2D & 3D designing software

− Skills and ability in planning, continuous improvement of production

− Analyse and settle problems within job function

− Ability to program and/or troubleshoot CNC programs would be highly regarded

− Leadership skills, plans making & implementation skills

Bằng cấp yêu cầu/Required qualifications:

− Mechanical Engineering university degree
