Giám sát Hệ thống Quản lý Tích hợp & Tuân thủ (IMS & Compliance Supervisor) chịu trách nhiệm phối hợp, duy trì và thúc đẩy cải tiến liên tục Hệ thống Quản lý Tích hợp (IMS) của Công ty, bao gồm ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 28000, ISO 27001 và các hệ thống quản lý khác được áp dụng

The IMS & Compliance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and driving the continual improvement of the Company's Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 28000, ISO 27001, and other applicable management systems.

Với vai trò là Điều phối viên IMS của Công ty, vị trí này phối hợp chặt chẽ với các Chủ sở hữu Quy trình (Process Owners) và các phòng ban liên chức năng nhằm đảm bảo việc triển khai hiệu quả và tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn ISO hiện hành, các yêu cầu pháp luật, yêu cầu của khách hàng và chính sách nội bộ của Công ty

Acting as the Company's IMS coordinator, this position works closely with Process Owners and cross-functional departments to ensure effective implementation and compliance with applicable ISO standards, statutory requirements, customer requirements, and internal policies.

Vị trí này cũng chịu trách nhiệm phối hợp quy trình đánh giá EcoVadis của Công ty phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để duy trì sự tuân thủ đối với các yêu cầu hiện hành về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.

The role also coordinates the Company's EcoVadis assessment process coordinate with relevant functions to maintain compliance with applicable data protection requirements.

Quyền hạn & Trách nhiệm (Authority & Responsibility):

A. Hệ thống Quản lý Tích hợp ISO / ISO & Integrated Management System (IMS)

• Quản lý Hệ thống Tích hợp (IMS) / IMS Documentation:

Phối hợp với các Chủ quy trình liên quan trong việc duy trì và cải tiến liên tục Hệ thống Quản lý Tích hợp (IMS)

Coordinate the maintenance and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) and in collaboration with relevant Process Owners.

• Phối hợp liên phòng ban / Cross-functional Collaboration:

Phối hợp với các Chủ sở hữu Quy trình (Process Owners) để đảm bảo mỗi phòng ban duy trì việc tuân thủ hiệu quả các tiêu chuẩn áp dụng.

Work with Process Owners to ensure each department maintains effective compliance with applicable standards.

• Đánh giá nội bộ & Bên ngoài/ Internal & External Audits:

Phối hợp chương trình đánh giá nội bộ tích hợp hàng năm bằng cách tổng hợp kế hoạch đánh giá từ các Chủ sở hữu Quy trình (Process Owners), giám sát việc hoàn thành đánh giá.

Coordinate the annual integrated internal audit program by consolidating audit plans from Process Owners, monitoring audit completion.

Là đầu mối phối hợp với các tổ chức chứng nhận, và các bên đánh giá bên ngoài trong quá trình đánh giá chứng nhận hoặc đánh giá định kỳ.

Serve as the primary coordinator with certification bodies, and external auditors during certification and surveillance audits

• Quản lý tài liệu hệ thống:

+ Điều phối và kiểm soát hệ thống tài liệu IMS bao gồm quy trình, hướng dẫn công việc, biểu mẫu và hồ sơ.

+ Kiểm soát việc ban hành, sửa đổi, phân phối và thu hồi tài liệu theo quy trình kiểm soát tài liệu của Công ty.

+ Duy trì Danh mục tài liệu (Master Document List) và đảm bảo các phiên bản tài liệu luôn được cập nhật.

+ Theo dõi thời hạn rà soát và cập nhật tài liệu định kỳ.

• Document Control & System Administration

+ Document Control & System Administration, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.

+ Control document issuance, revision, distribution, and obsolete document management in accordance with the company's document control procedure.

+ Maintain the Master Document List and ensure document versions remain current.

+ Monitor document review schedules and revision status.

B. Phối hợp/ giám sát tuân thủ Bảo vệ Dữ liệu Cá nhân / Personal Data Protection (PDP) Compliance Coordination

• Phối hợp/ giám sát Chính sách và Tuân thủ/ Policy & Compliance Coordination

Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để duy trì và định kỳ rà soát các chính sách, quy trình và biểu mẫu về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, đảm bảo phù hợp với các yêu cầu pháp luật hiện hành và chính sách của Công ty.

Coordinate with relevant functions to maintain and periodically review personal data protection policies, procedures and templates in accordance with applicable legal requirements and company policies.

• Kiểm kê Dữ liệu & Giám sát Tuân thủ/ Data Inventory & Compliance Monitoring

Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để duy trì danh mục dữ liệu cá nhân và hồ sơ hoạt động xử lý dữ liệu

Coordinate with relevant departments to maintain personal data inventories and records of processing activities.

C. Phạm vi trách nhiệm của vị trí / Role Boundary

• Vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm phối hợp và giám sát các hoạt động tuân thủ liên quan đến Hệ thống Quản lý và Bảo vệ Dữ liệu Cá nhân, và không chịu trách nhiệm sở hữu các quy trình chức năng hoặc đưa ra các quyết định pháp lý. Các Chủ sở hữu Quy trình (Process Owners) vẫn chịu trách nhiệm về việc triển khai, hiệu lực vận hành, tính chính xác của hồ sơ và việc tuân thủ trong phạm vi lĩnh vực mình phụ trách.

The position is responsible for coordinating and monitoring management system and personal data protection compliance activities, and does not assume ownership of functional processes or legal decisions. Process Owners remain accountable for the implementation, operational effectiveness, accuracy of records and compliance within their respective areas.

• Vị trí này không thay thế trách nhiệm chuyên môn hoặc trách nhiệm chức năng của các bộ phận QA, EHS, IT, HR, Purchasing hoặc các Chủ sở hữu Quy trình khác,

The position does not replace the technical or functional responsibilities of QA, EHS, IT, HR, Purchasing, Legal or other Process Owners.

Kỹ năng, kinh nghiệm yêu cầu / Requiered Skills, Working Experience Requirements

• Tối thiểu 3 - 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý hệ thống chất lượng tại các nhà máy sản xuất, có kinh nghiệm thực tế triển khai tích hợp nhiều tiêu chuẩn (IMS).

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in system management and compliance within manufacturing environments, with practical exposure to Integrated Management Systems (IMS).

• Có kiến thức tốt về ISO 9001và Hệ thống Quản lý Tích hợp (IMS) / Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and IMS,

• Hiểu biết về kiểm tra nội bộ, CAPA, tư duy dựa trên rủi ro (risk-based thinking) và kiểm soát tài liệu/ Understanding of internal audit, CAPA, risk-based thinking and document control.

• Có hiểu biết cơ bản về các quy định hiện hành về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân tại Việt Nam/ Basic understanding of applicable personal data protection regulations in Vietnam

Yêu cầu công việc

Kỹ năng, kinh nghiệm yêu cầu / Requiered Skills, Working Experience Requirements

• Tối thiểu 3 - 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý hệ thống chất lượng tại các nhà máy sản xuất, có kinh nghiệm thực tế triển khai tích hợp nhiều tiêu chuẩn (IMS).

• Có kiến thức tốt về ISO 9001và Hệ thống Quản lý Tích hợp (IMS) / Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and IMS,

• Hiểu biết về kiểm tra nội bộ, CAPA, tư duy dựa trên rủi ro (risk-based thinking) và kiểm soát tài liệu/ Understanding of internal audit, CAPA, risk-based thinking and document control.

• Có hiểu biết cơ bản về các quy định hiện hành về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân tại Việt Nam/ Basic understanding of applicable personal data protection regulations in Vietnam

Yêu cầu ưu tiên / Preferred

• Có kinh nghiệm với ISO 14001 / 45001 / 27001 / 28000/ ISO 14001 / 45001 / 27001 / 28000 experience

• Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Ecovadis/ EcoVadis experience

• Có chứng nhận đánh giá viên nội bộ ISO/ ISO Internal Auditor certification

• Có kiến thức về các yêu cầu bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân/ Knowledge of personal data protection requirements

• Có kinh nghiệm điều phối về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân/tuân thủ/ Experience in data privacy/compliance coordination

• Chứng nhận Lead Auditor: Là lợi thế, không bắt buộc/ Lead Auditor: preferred, not mandatory

Kỹ năng cốt lõi/ Core-Skills:

• Tư duy phân tích, tư duy dựa trên rủi ro, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và khả năng phối hợp liên phòng ban tốt. Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh tốt trong công việc, cả viết và nói, để giao tiếp với các tổ chức chứng nhận quốc tế và sử dụng các hệ thống/nền tảng quản lý.

• Analytical thinking, risk-based thinking, problem-solving and strong cross-functional coordination skills. Good working proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for communication with international certification bodies and management systems/platforms.

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, trình bày và quản lý hệ thống tốt

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and project management skills

• Kỹ năng tư vấn và xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt

Good coaching, consulting, and relationship-building skills

• Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office hoặc các phần mềm liên quan

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Bằng cấp yêu cầu / Required Qualifications:

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản lý Chất lượng, Kỹ thuật, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Môi trường, Luật hoặc các ngành có liên quan.

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Law, or related fields
