Junior Sales Executive

2. MAIN DUTIES (Activities or duties to fulfil the job requirements)

Junior Sales Executive is responsible for managing, growing, and developing sales within their assigned territory. After an initial training period, the candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be expected to act independently in their assigned market. Initially, no travel outside of Vietnam is required but international travel may be requested in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its existing/potential markets.

• Research and analyze the assigned market to identify key players in the swimwear and sportswear sectors.

• Gather market intelligence and customer insights to identify new opportunities.

• Conduct visits to potential customers to prospect and generate new business.

• Present upcoming product developments and discuss special promotions with clients.

• Gain a deep understanding of customers’ business models and product requirements.

• Negotiate terms, prices, deliveries, and specifications in coordination with management.

• Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations.

• Monitor and review personal sales performance to consistently meet or exceed targets.

• Education: University graduate.

• Mindset: Strongly business-oriented, proactive, and self-driven.

• Languages: Excellent spoken and written English.

• Soft Skills: A natural ability to build relationships, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience (Preferred but not mandatory): A background in the textile and garment field, or prior experience in sales or merchandising.

- Holiday bonuses April 30 & May 1, New Year, September 2 are 400,000 for those who have worked for less than 1 year, 600,000 for those who have worked for more than 1 year

- New Year's bonus: 1.5 million

- The company pays 100% of the 24/24 accident insurance and Sickness Insurance for employees. That is, in case of an accident, Aon insurance will cover the cost of medicine and support 100% of the daily salary according to the current salary. If you are sick, you can go to any hospital and have a doctor's diagnosis. The maximum outpatient payment is 2.5 million per time, and a maximum of 10 million per year. Inpatient costs are up to 60 million/year. Note that this is not a Social Insurance cost.

- The salary increase will be reviewed annually in January of each year.

- In addition, the company has a compensation in kind policy, meaning that each month you can register for 2 boxes of instant noodles or 1 box of 180ml fresh milk.
