Overview

As a Junior Digital Media Analyst, you will be trained to help support our Technology & Analytics team, assist in developing dashboards and ad hoc reports, and collaborate with a broader investment team that analyzes the effectiveness of our automotive client’s media investment.

Success in this entry-level position is measured by your curiosity, eagerness to learn how data drives optimizations, learn technical skills in ETL, data analysis and database management, and ability to grow into delivering accurate, timely reporting with increasing autonomy.

An ideal candidate will bring a strong passion for data visualization, advertising platforms, and analytics, backed by relevant coursework, self-taught project experience, or previous internship exposure in digital media or business intelligence.

Responsibilities

Auditing data

Learning and developing SQL, ETL scripts and related data procedures

Learning and supporting in the development of AI automation and agentic AI for business intelligence use cases

Learning and developing proficiency in power pivots, and related data manipulation tools

Assisting with data analysis for advertising campaigns across channels such as broadcast, search, social, online display, and mobile.

Helping prepare and present (written and verbal) key learnings, insights, and optimization recommendations for internal teams and client partners.

Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive reporting tasks and streamline workflows.

Supporting the team in establishing and maintaining performance benchmarks for media strategies and campaign initiatives.

Bringing analytical rigor, precision, and attention to detail to all assigned deliverables.

Collaborating closely with senior team members to learn best practices in media measurement and data storytelling.

The ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as required.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing, Computer Science or another quantitative discipline.

Internship experience or academic project work in analytics, marketing, AI, Agentic AI or business intelligence is a strong plus.

A demonstrated history and passion for telling stories using quantitative data.

Familiarity or strong interest in learning Google Cloud Platform products (GCM, GA360, SA360) and social media platforms (Meta, Pinterest).

Practical familiarity with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, basic formulas, and data manipulation).

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace a plus

Basic exposure to or enthusiasm for learning business intelligence and dashboarding platforms (such as Tableau, Domo, Power BI, or Datorama).

Basic exposure or enthusiasm for learning SQL, Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) scripts, and database management and administration

Foundational understanding of the digital media space and basic marketing KPIs used to measure campaign success.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate data insights clearly.

High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a hands-on, curious mindset.

Compensation Range: USD $45,000.00 - USD $48,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
