As Ben Line Group undertakes the transformation and standardization of its end-to-end processes from Operations through Finance, strong and reliable master data is a critical foundation for system integration, automation, reporting, and process control.

The CargoWise Support Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining this foundation by ensuring a high standard of CargoWise Master Data, data governance, and administrative control. The role also provides reliable L1 support and day-to-day system administration to ensure users can operate CargoWise effectively and consistently.

• Provide L1 CargoWise support, troubleshoot user issues, manage tickets, and escalate complex cases to Functional/Technical Specialists.

• Manage CargoWise Master Data (MDM) creation, updates, validation, duplicate checks, and data clean-up.

• Perform regular MDM and data-quality audits and follow up on identified issues.

• Handle CargoWise administrative and other assigned BAU tasks.

• Maintain support records, knowledge articles, SOPs, and administrative Work Instructions.

• Produce regular support/MDM reports and monitor ticket SLA, data quality, and outstanding actions.

• Support Functional and Technical Specialists during UAT, data clean-up, system changes, and improvement projects.

• Identify recurring support issues and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on CargoWise experience, preferably in support, administration, MDM, or freight-forwarding operations.

• Good understanding of CargoWise workflows, Organization/MDM, user administration, and forwarding operations.

• Experience with L1 support / ticket management, troubleshooting, and issue escalation.

• Good Excel and data-analysis skills.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.

• Well-organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple BAU requests independently. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Able to influence and drive change across countries.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong ownership.
