The System Implementation Specialist will play a key role in facilitating communication and implementation as IL launches its operation system. The specialist will oversee system development, rollout, monitor user adoption, and provide continuous feedback for improvements. They will also lead training sessions and onboarding programs to ensure good user support. Additionally, this role involves leveraging system data to generate business insights, analyzing user behavior and operational trends to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth system rollouts, provide ongoing support, and generate reports for management.

1. Understand Workflows, System Concept, and User Requirements

- Understand the existing workflow within the departments within IL team

- Act as the liaison between the development team and end-users to ensure system requirements are met.

- Gain a deep understanding of the system's requirements, particularly the concept behind the functionalities and system process design.

2. System Development & Testing

- Work closely with system developers to finalize and enhance system features.

- Conduct rigorous verification and testing of system functions to ensure quality and accuracy

3. Oversee and Support System Implementation

- Coordinate deployment activities to ensure a smooth transition from development to live operations.

- Monitor system performance, address technical challenges, and facilitate issue resolution.

4. Conduct User Training

- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to familiarise users with system functionalities.

- Provide structured onboarding support to ensure users can effectively navigate and utilise the system.

5. Documentation & Workflow Management

- Document workflows, system functionalities, and standard operating procedures.

- Develop user manuals and training materials for system adoption.

6. Ensure User Success

- Serve as the primary support for users post-implementation, addressing concerns and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

- Act as the first point of contact for system-related enquiries, escalating technical issues when necessary.

7. System Administration & Monitoring

- Manage system configurations, user access, and overall system administration.

- Monitor system usage, troubleshoot issues, and provide first-level support.

- Generate operational and usage reports for management.

8. Continuous Improvement & Reporting

- Gather user feedback and work with developers to enhance the system.

- Identify opportunities for optimization and ensure continuous system improvements.

- Prepare and present system performance reports to management.

9. Leverage Data for Business Insights

- Analyse system data to extract valuable insights into user behaviour, operational efficiency, and business performance.

- Generate reports to support data-driven decision-making and continuous system improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

• Ability to conduct user training and create clear programs/ documentation.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Strong understanding of software development processes and system workflows.

• Experience in system administration and reporting tools

• Experience in system implementation, IT project coordination, or business system analysis.

• Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, MS Project.

• Have a supportive personality along with positive attitude.
