- Oversee the day-to-day stability and performance of core business systems, primarily the ERP system

- Maintain the technical integrity of data pipelines/integration among software/systems, including ERP, FMS, Innova, WMS.

-Perform system configuration and customize functions/reports based on business requirements.

- Coordinate with ERP vendors and integrated software/system providers.

- Assess and propose system improvements/capacity extension to support the Company's growth strategy.

- Perform other duties at the request of the management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree in IT/Finance/Accounting or related field

- At least 7 years of experience in implementing/operating ERP system, including 2+ years specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system in medium to large sized companies; manufacturing industry experience preferred, with prior experience in a managerial or project/team coordination role.

- Understand the functions, operations of departments and ERP systems.

- Understand integration principles and data flows between ERP and integrated systems.

- Understanding of programming languages, including AL, C-Sharp, JavaScript

- Problem solving skills. Communication, analytical and presentation skills.

- Fluent in English, reading and writing skills.

- Proficient in Word/Excel/ Powerpoint.

- Leadership, human resource management and team-development capability.

- Prudence, honesty and responsibility at work.

- Careful and able to catch problems quickly.

- Having professional ethics, integrity, and a sense of law observance.

- Independent work and team work skills
