Job Scope & Responsibilities

Main activities inherent to the position:

• Perform audit assurance and consulting engagements in any area of the Company;

• Manage audit projects at all levels of the Company, including Top management, BUs/Departments management, process owners, middle management, staff;

• Plan and initiate audit engagement according to annual audit plan including risks and controls mapping, audit work program, audit interviews, setting guidance for audit and tests objectives;

• Monitor, coordinate and supervise internal investigations of reported and suspected fraud occurrences, misconduct, policy/procedure breaches, with timely issuance of reports for management actions in addressing root causes, control enhancements and litigation actions;

• Audit business processes, procedures and risks and assess effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, risk management and governance;

• Assess and anticipate main risks of Company across its BUs, Departments and processes;

• Execute audit fieldwork, provide leadership to supporting auditors and successfully manage quality of audit deliverables and audit project timeline;

• Lead audit engagements, review and perform quality assurance of audit working papers, ensure that audit findings are documented and discuss audit reports with process owners and

BU/Department Heads;

• Prepare audit report and presentation materials of summary key audit issue and conduct audit exit meeting with Management;

• Follow up implementation and monitor action plan status update progress report;

• Demonstrate consistently key audit success mindset of due professional care, strong cooperation, transparency, fluid communication and timeline management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Internal Audit, Accounting & Finance, or Business Management;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or IT audit;

• Good knowledge of English, Office packages and AI usage;

• Good initiative, analytical, presentation and communication skills;

• Certificate in Professional CPA/CIA /CISA is preferable;

• Knowledge in retail industry is a plus.
