Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience

4+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Technical Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.

Proven experience selling industrial automation and control solutions.

Capable of manage clients from México/Central América, Argentina or  Colombia

Experience with industrial instrumentation and process automation products.

Experience supporting digitalization, Industry 4.0, IIoT, Industrial Software, or Smart Manufacturing initiatives.

Experience driving sales through eCommerce and digital sales channels.

Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or equivalent.
