High School Diploma, or state-recognized GED.

Demonstrated experience programming commercial building automation, HVAC, or industrial control systems using PLC-based control strategies.

Solid knowledge of Siemens PLC programming, especially Siemens S7-1200/1500 platforms and Siemens TIA Portal.

5+ years of experience with structured programming methods aligned with IEC 61131-3 programming standards; ladder logic is the preferred programming language for this role.

5+ years of demonstrated experience with Siemens or third-party PLC platforms, control logic development, and system integration.

Demonstrated electro-mechanical aptitude to read and understand design drawings, control schematics, sequence of operations, points lists, and construction documents.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of experience with Siemens or third-party PLC platforms, control logic development, and integrated system programming
• Demonstrated knowledge of PLC-based control systems, industrial communication protocols, and building automation system integration, including PROFINET, OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, or similar protocols based on applicable work experience
• Experience with HMI/SCADA visualization platforms, drives technology, high-level programming languages such as Python or C#/.NET, robotics, or IT security in industrial systems

• The pay range for this position is $66,259 - $113,587 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
