Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Law or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR operations, HR administration experience.

Experience using HR information systems and preparing HR reports.

Manufacturing, electronics, semiconductor or industrial experience is preferred.

Experience in high-volume or direct-labor recruitment for non-exempt positions is preferred.
