- Analysing customers' business model and recommend appropriate banking solutions including all related products including deposits, payroll, payments, firm banking, trade finance, foreign exchange …

- Preparing credit proposal and related credit documentations. Coordinating with approval & other relevant departments throughout the credit approval process.

- Collaborate with booking branches for loan disbursement and post-management process.

- Work closely with Relationship Product Managers and branches to acquire and develop corporate customers.

- Conducting market research on industries and macro economy.

- Monitoring and analysing business performance on SMD’s and Shinhan Bank’s portfolios, developing and maintaining KPI dashboards, management reporting & presentations.

- Providing business insights and recommendations to support decision-making & business growth.

- Conducting business performance reports and data & portfolio management analysis

- Undertake planning, strategy-related tasks and other reports/ tasks assigned by SMD Director and Senior members.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.

- At least 03 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, with strong ability to prepare loan credit application, understanding financial statements, loan agreements and banking regulations.

- Experience in Supply Chain Financing and related products will be a strong advantage.

- Strong command of Management Information System, Business Analytics, or Data Reporting with firm knowledge of Excel (advanced functions, pivot). Experience in SQL or VBA is a plus.

Strong command of English, both written and verbal. Good Korean or Chinese would be a big plus.

- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
