1. People & Organization Strategy

• Develop and execute the company's people strategy aligned with business goals.

• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning initiatives.

• Advise the CEO and senior leadership team on strategic people-related decisions.

• Drive organizational effectiveness and transformation programs.

2. Leadership of HR Functions

• Provide leadership and oversight across all HR functions, including:

o HR Business Partnering (HRBP)

o Talent Acquisition o Learning & Development o Compensation & Benefits o Organizational Development o Employee Engagement & Experience

• Develop and mentor HR leadership team members.

• Foster collaboration and alignment across all HR disciplines.

3. Strategic Business Partnership

• Partner closely with business leaders to address workforce and organizational needs.

• Support talent reviews, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce optimization.

• Act as a trusted advisor on organizational and people-related matters.

4. Total Rewards & Compensation Strategy

• Design and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and reward programs.

• Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure external competitiveness.

• Oversee annual compensation planning and workforce budgeting.

• Provide recommendations on executive compensation and long-term incentive programs.

5. Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience

• Lead the development and reinforcement of the company's culture and core values.

• Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.

• Create a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes performance, collaboration, and continuous growth.

• Champion employee experience across the organization.

6. HR Governance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR governance standards.

• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, investigations, and sensitive workforce issues.

• Identify and mitigate people-related risks to the organization.

• Lead crisis response and workforce continuity planning when required.

Education

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Master's degree (MBA, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

Experience

• At least 8 years in senior HR leadership roles such as Head of HR, HR Director, CHRO, or equivalent.

• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, multinational corporations, or large-scale organizations is strongly preferred.
