• Talent & Hiring: Own end-to-end recruitment with a focus on proactively raising talent density- from sourcing and structured interviews to AI-assisted workflows and pipeline management.
• People Operations: Build frictionless HR systems covering onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, compliance, and employee lifecycle operations with minimal bureaucracy.
• Finance Operations: Maintain daily financial discipline, including cash flow forecasting, budget tracking, accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, monthly reporting, and financial record-keeping across Vietnam and Singapore.
• AI-Native Operations (Core Requirement): Drive daily AI integration and automation to eliminate manual repetitive work, building smarter workflows, internal agents, and dashboards so the company scales its output without growing headcount.

You are likely a strong fit if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience across operations, people, finance, consulting, startup operations or similar roles
• Have personally owned important business operations rather than only advising others
• Can recruit senior and difficult-to-hire talent
• Are financially literate and comfortable with budgets, cash flow and management reporting
• Are exceptionally organized without becoming bureaucratic
• Can take an ambiguous problem and independently drive it to completion
• Have strong judgment and high attention to detail
• Communicate clearly and concisely
• Are a self-initiator and move quickly
• Know when a process is necessary and when it should simply be deleted
• Already use ChatGPT Work/Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, automation tools or AI agents extensively in your work

You do not need to come from HR.

• Strong candidates may come from startup operations, founder’s office, consulting, finance, talent, business operations or general management backgrounds.
