Key Responsibilities

• Oversee production, quality, and new product development operations to achieve business and customer objectives.

• Drive manufacturing excellence through yield improvement, line balancing, and process optimization initiatives.

• Manage quality systems and ensure compliance with international manufacturing standards.

• Lead automation and semi-automation projects to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Support customer audits, technical reviews, and cross-functional problem-solving activities.

• Develop and coach manufacturing teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 15+ years of experience in precision electronics, FPCB, PCB, or related manufacturing environments.

• Strong knowledge of wet chemical processes, process control, yield improvement, and manufacturing operations.

• Proven experience leading production and quality functions in multinational manufacturing organizations.

• Hands-on experience with automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence programs.

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.

• Fluent English communication skills for reporting and coordination with regional and global stakeholders.
