1.       Oversee all operational activities across the company's manufacturingfacilities and partner factories, ensuring seamless coordination andexecution.

2.       Lead and manage Production, Manufacturing Engineering, TestingEngineering, and Industrial Engineering functions to achieve operationalexcellence.

3.       Develop and implement strategies to ensure efficient, cost-effectiveproduction processes that optimize resources and reduce waste.

4.       Ensure all manufacturing activities meet high standards of on-timedelivery, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

5.       Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging innovativepractices, technologies, and process enhancements to improveproductivity and operational performance.

6.       Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production,quality, safety, and efficiency to ensure targets are met.

7.       Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as GOM, QualityAssurance, and Maintenance to optimize overall manufacturingoperations.

8.       Manage and develop operational budgets, control costs, and identifyopportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.

9.       Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and operationalexcellence throughout the manufacturing network.

10.   Provide strategic input and reporting to senior management onoperational performance, risks, and opportunities for growth andimprovement

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, IndustrialEngineering, or related fields.
• Certificates: Relevant certifications such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent is desirable.
• Work Experience
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in aleadership role overseeing production, engineering, or testing functions within a manufacturingenvironment, preferably in the tier-1 EMS industries.
• Experience in new factory start-up and/or expansion projects is an added advantage.

Language Skills

Fluency in Vietnamese and English, both spoken and written. Chinese is a plus

Production & Manufacturing Management

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality control, and leanmanufacturing principles.
• Drive effective management of factory operating costs, material and scrap rates, andsubcontracting efficiency to ensure on-time delivery.

Engineering Management

Experience in manufacturing engineering and testing engineering, including process optimizationand troubleshooting.
