The Global Traineeship Commerce gives you the opportunity to explore both worlds through rotations in areas such as marketing, sales, category management and business development. In three years, you will build a broad commercial foundation for a future career at FrieslandCampina.

During the traineeship, you will work in a dynamic, international environment and contribute to meaningful commercial projects. Examples include developing customer growth plans, supporting brand activations, improving category performance, analysing market and shopper insights, and strengthening relationships with customers and distributors.

Example rotations

Shopper Marketing Drinks Category (B2C)

In this rotation, you will help grow the drinks category at retailers by influencing consumer behaviour at the point of sale. Your responsibilities may include supporting sales promotions, coordinating new POS materials and working closely with marketing, sales and external agencies to create consistent and impactful shopper engagement.

Distributor Excellence (B2B)

This rotation focuses on digital transformation in B2B Sales. FrieslandCampina works with distributors around the world who bring our products to local end-customers. You may contribute to improving digital tools such as Distributor Connect, helping distributors access the right information while generating insights that support stronger collaboration and better business decisions.
