Tuyển dụng General Manager

• Business Set-up & Operations: Full P&L accountability. Lead company incorporation, licensing, 3PL warehouse setup, customs clearance, and local supply chain operations.
• Partner Transition & Regulatory: Manage the transition from the current distributor/registrant; transfer existing product registrations; directly manage new product field trials and submissions with the Plant Protection Department (PPD).
• Channel & Commercial Development: Build and manage a regional network of provincial distributors, district dealers, and plantation accounts (coffee, pepper, fruit, rice, etc.). Define commercial policies, pricing, and credit terms.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, lead, and develop the founding team across sales, agronomy/technical service, regulatory, and logistics.
• Group Interface: Serve as the strategic link between Vietnam operations and Group HQ in Nanjing, China.
• Nationality: Vietnamese national.
• Experience: 10+ years in Vietnam’s crop protection or ag-inputs industry, with proven senior commercial leadership (Country Manager, BU Head, or Commercial Director) at an MNC, top local crop protection firm or major importer-distributor.
• Industry & Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local distribution channels, seasonal credit practices, and practical experience working with the Plant Protection Department (PPD).
• Builder's Mindset: Entrepreneurial, hands-on, decisive, and comfortable establishing operations from scratch as the first senior leader.
• Languages: Fluent English (working language with HQ) and native Vietnamese.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across key agricultural regions in Vietnam and to HQ in Nanjing.
