As an Agriculture Technical Staff, you will play a key role in bridges the gap between agricultural science and field practice:

Technical Support & Consulting

Provide innovative agricultural solutions and advise customers/farmers on high-efficiency fertilizer application.

Field Trials & Demos

Set up, manage, and monitor field demonstration plots (Demos) to evaluate and showcase product efficacy on various crops.

Seminars & Workshops

Coordinate and conduct field/farmer seminars to promote products and share advanced cultivation techniques directly with local communities.

Analysis & Reporting

Collect field data, conduct soil sample analysis, and prepare reports as assigned by the General Manager.

Education

Bachelor/Engineer's Degree or above.

Majors

Agronomy, Crop/Plant Science, Plant Protection, Soil Science, or other agriculture-related fields.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience.
• (Fresh graduates with strong relevant academic backgrounds and high potential are welcome to apply!).

Skills

• Good English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong general knowledge.
• Strong communication and technical assistance skills.
• Ability to organize and lead field demos and farmer seminars.

Priority given to

Candidates with prior knowledge in crop/soil nutrients, fertilizers, plant protection products, or general cultivation.

Other

Good health conditions to handle business trips.
