Job summary

- Post and review of PVs, JVs, accrual, provision, allocation, costing… and others according to detail assignment within the accounting team.

- Be in charge preparation and declaration VAT; CIT; FCT report

- Overview all accounting transactions and support BU to improve the process and control risk.

General responsibilities

• Provide instruction and review accounting recognitions to ensure all transactions follow VAS/ Tax Regulation and Group Finance guideline.
• Post and review of PVs, JVs, accrual, provision, allocation, costing… and others according to detail assignment within the accounting team.
• Be in charge Intercompany Account (including booking, contract with internal and over sea reconciliation, confirmation).
• Support Chief Accountant to deal with Tax Authority
• Prepare VAT, FWCT; CIT report and declaration;
• Ensure FI checklist is performed by month end.
• Support Chief Accountant in internal/ external process.
• Prepare data of VAS/FS/CIT/TP for audit purpose
• Support in developing accounting policies & procedures as per assignment from Head of Accounting.
• Implementing strategic plans to achieve goals

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline
• Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
• Demonstrate basic knowledge and application of local/international accounting standards, principles and practices
• Proven hands-on experience in SAP accounting applications is an advantage
• Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Excellent in Excel and MS Office
• Understand IFRS and local legislations is an advantage
• Up to two years' experience in a similar role
