1. JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for

03 Accountants to support accounting activities for major departments/ business units affiliated with the main factory.

Each position will be assigned to a specific large-scale department or functional area and will be responsible for monitoring, checking, recording, and reporting accounting-related transactions within the assigned area.

The position will work closely with the General Accounting Team to ensure accurate accounting records, proper document control, and timely resolution of accounting issues.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounting & Transaction Control
• Handle and monitor accounting transactions related to the assigned department/business unit.
• Check accounting documents, invoices, payment requests, expenses, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor costs, expenses, assets, materials, and other financial transactions within the assigned area.
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and comply with company accounting policies and procedures.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and resolve discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Budget & Cost Control
• Monitor actual expenses against approved budgets and plans.
• Prepare periodic cost and expense reports for the assigned department.
• Analyze significant variances and provide explanations to management.
• Support departments in controlling unnecessary or abnormal expenses.
• Internal Coordination
• Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, HR, GA, Engineering, and other departments to verify accounting-related information.
• Coordinate with the Chief Accountant / General Accounting Team on common accounting, financial, tax, and reporting matters.
• Support the reconciliation of accounting data between the assigned department and the company's accounting system.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between operational data and accounting records.
• Reporting & Closing
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting-related reports as required.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Provide accurate data and supporting documents to the General Accounting Team for company-wide reporting.
• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documents and explanations.
• Compliance & Improvement
• Ensure accounting activities within the assigned area comply with company policies and applicable accounting regulations.
• Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of accounting documents.
• Identify accounting process issues and propose improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by the BOD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience; experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems, with strong data processing and analytical skills.
