General Accountant

1. Job Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Accountant to take ownership of tax compliance and day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle accounting, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely financial execution.
2. Key Responsibilities
-        Monthly Closing & Financial Reporting: Expense review, accruals, month-end closing, FS support
-        Payment & Payables Management: Supplier payments, document verification, payment coordination
-        Tax Reporting and payment compliance: Tax filing (VAT/PIT/FCT)
-        Logistics & Cost Control: Logistics cost reconciliation, payment processing
-        Control & Coordination: Tax & insurance monitoring, deadline tracking, cost follow-up
-        Daily Operations & Ad-hoc: Courier input, cost booking, contract review, internal support
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Lunch Break: 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Work Location:
GLOBAL HANSOLL Company – The Vista Somerset, 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.

Education & Experience
·        Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
·        More 5 years of experience in accounting (GL/AP/Tax)
·        Experience in logistics or import-export accounting is a plus
·        Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations
·        Proficiency in Accounting software and MS Office
·        Good communication English
