Game Art Director 10Y+

Own the end-to-end Art direction, setting standards for clarity, usability, and visual polish across for mobile game projects.
Participate in game ideation and art planning processes to proactively establish art concepts.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to designers and artists, maintaining consistency across game assets, UI, animations, VFX, marketing creatives, and LiveOps assets.
Review, refine, and approve all visual deliverables, ensuring they meet quality benchmarks and support player engagement goals.
Ensure efficient artists team workflows, resource planning, and clear communication.
Estimate art resources, production schedules, and project risks.
Collaborate closely with Game Designer, Game PM, Developers, QA to align artistic decisions with gameplay, usability, and production constraints.
LiveOps & Marketing Support. Review marketing creatives, UA assets, feature graphics, and promotional materials.
Explore and implement AI-powered art workflows to improve productivity and creative quality.
Maintain high artistic standards across all projects.
Chịu trách nhiệm định hướng Art Direction end-to-end cho các dự án game mobile, thiết lập tiêu chuẩn về tính rõ ràng, khả năng sử dụng và chất lượng hình ảnh.
Tham gia vào quá trình lên ý tưởng game và lập kế hoạch Art nhằm chủ động xây dựng concept và định hướng nghệ thuật ngay từ giai đoạn đầu của dự án.
Định hướng sáng tạo và hướng dẫn đội ngũ Designer/Artist, đảm bảo tính nhất quán giữa các hạng mục như game assets, UI, animation, VFX, marketing creatives và LiveOps assets.
Review, hoàn thiện và duyệt các sản phẩm hình ảnh, đảm bảo đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và hỗ trợ mục tiêu nâng cao mức độ tương tác, trải nghiệm của người chơi.
Xây dựng và duy trì quy trình làm việc hiệu quả cho đội ngũ Artist; lập kế hoạch nguồn lực và đảm bảo giao tiếp, phối hợp rõ ràng trong team.
Ước tính resources Art, kế hoạch sản xuất và các rủi ro tiềm ẩn của dự án.
Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Game Designer, Game PM, Developer và QA để đảm bảo các quyết định về Art phù hợp với gameplay, tính khả dụng và các giới hạn trong quá trình sản xuất.
Hỗ trợ LiveOps & Marketing: Review marketing creatives, UA assets, feature graphics và các tài liệu quảng bá; đảm bảo chất lượng và định hướng hình ảnh nhất quán.
Nghiên cứu và triển khai các quy trình Art ứng dụng AI nhằm nâng cao năng suất và chất lượng sáng tạo.
Duy trì tiêu chuẩn nghệ thuật và chất lượng hình ảnh cao, nhất quán trên tất cả các dự án.
Yêu cầu:
10+ years of experience in the game industry.
At least
5 years of experience as an Art Director, Lead Artist, or Art Team Leader.
A portfolio demonstrating hands-on art direction experience throughout the full game development lifecycle, from initial concept to launch, is required.
Deep understanding of mobile game art styles, usability patterns, and UI frameworks.
Experience reviewing and guiding work across multiple domains (UI, concept art, animation, VFX, marketing assets).
Understanding of performance optimization for mobile platforms.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong understanding of User Acquisition creatives and App Store Optimization (ASO).

Familiarity with LiveOps content production.
Positive and collaborative communication skills, with a growth mindset and a commitment to supporting the development of both oneself and the team.
English communication skills (Korean is a plus).
Có từ 10 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong ngành game.
Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Art Director, Lead Artist hoặc Art Team Leader.
Bắt buộc có portfolio thể hiện kinh nghiệm trực tiếp thực hiện Art Direction xuyên suốt toàn bộ quá trình phát triển game, từ giai đoạn xây dựng concept ban đầu đến phát triển và ra mắt sản phẩm.
Hiểu biết sâu sắc về Art style của game mobile, các nguyên tắc về usability và UI framework.
Có kinh nghiệm review và định hướng sản phẩm ở nhiều mảng khác nhau như UI, Concept Art, Animation, VFX và Marketing Assets.
Có hiểu biết về tối ưu hóa hiệu suất trên nền tảng mobile.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và lãnh đạo tốt.
Khả năng giải quyết vấn đề và ra quyết định tốt.
Hiểu biết tốt về User Acquisition (UA) Creatives và App Store Optimization (ASO).
Kỹ năng bắt buộc (Required Skills)
Có khả năng sử dụng các công cụ 3D.
Có kinh nghiệm/hiểu biết về quy trình Art trên Unity.
Có khả năng sử dụng các công cụ AI Image Generation.
Thành thạo các công cụ thiết kế và prototyping như Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma...
Ưu tiên nếu có (Nice to Have)
Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhiều dự án game cùng lúc.
Có khả năng xử lý và định hướng nhiều phong cách Art khác nhau như Casual, Realistic, Hand-painted dưới dạng Low-poly.
Thành thạo Blender.
Có tư duy và cảm quan tốt về định hướng hình ảnh và animation.
Có kinh nghiệm hoặc hiểu biết về quy trình sản xuất nội dung LiveOps.
Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tích cực, tinh thần hợp tác tốt, Growth Mindset và mong muốn hỗ trợ sự phát triển của cả bản thân lẫn đội ngũ.
Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh; biết tiếng Hàn là một lợi thế.
