Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver FUTUREMATH lessons to Grades 1–6 students using Singapore CPA pedagogy and PlayFACTO manipulatives.

• Design and facilitate lessons that balance structured problem-solving with hands-on creative learning.

• Track student progress using both academic assessments and skill-growth rubrics (critical thinking, resilience, collaboration).

• Communicate effectively with parents through progress reports, sharing both academic data and growth in “future-ready” competencies.

• Contribute to the innovation of curriculum delivery by providing feedback and ideas to the Academic Team.

• Participate in professional development with international trainers (Singapore & Korea), including workshops on global best practices.

• Act as an ambassador of innovation in education, representing FUTUREMATH at events, demo classes, and community activities (if any).

Working Hours:

Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

• Shift 1: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM

• Shift 2: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Weekends:

• Morning: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

• Bachelor’s degree in Math

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or related STEM discipline (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 2–3 years of math teaching experience in international schools, bilingual programs, or enrichment centers.

• Familiarity with Singapore Math pedagogy and comfort with hands-on/play-based instruction.

• Strong English communication skills; Vietnamese bilingual ability is an advantage.

• Proven ability to engage young learners through interactive and creative teaching strategies.

• Experience with test prep (e.g., Math Olympiad, SSAT, SAT) is a strong plus.
