Functional Consultant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Functional Consultant - IBM Maximo who is passionate about digital transformation and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
You will work closely with customers to analyze business requirements, design business processes, configure IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS), support implementation projects and deliver consulting services from project initiation through go-live and post-production support.
Responsibilities:
1.     Conduct requirement gathering workshops with customer stakeholders.
2.     Analyze current maintenance and asset management processes.
3.     Identify business gaps and recommend industry best practices.
4.     Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
5.     Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
6.     Solution Design: Design functional solutions for Maximo modules
7.     System Configuration: Configure IBM Maximo
8.     Project Delivery:
•        Participate in IBM Maximo implementation projects from planning to go-live.
•        Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and prepare functional solution design.
•        Configure the system and collaborate with Technical Consultants.
•        Support SIT, UAT, end-user training, and user documentation.
•        Provide Go-live and post-implementation (Hypercare) support.
9.  Customer Consulting:
•        Advise customers on EAM best practices.
•        Improve maintenance workflows.
•        Optimize preventive maintenance strategy.
•        Improve spare parts management.
•        Improve asset lifecycle management.
•        Recommend digital transformation roadmap
10. Documentation: Prepare project documentation
11. Collaboration team
Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Related disciplines.
Experience:
•        3-5 years of experience with IBM Maximo or experience with EAM / CMMS solutions.
•        Experience in the following industries is preferred:Oil&Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing
Knowledge and Skill:
•        Deep understanding of Enterprise Asset Management, Maintenance Management, Asset Lifecycle, Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory Management
•        Basic understanding of SQL, Database concepts, REST API, Integration concepts, Data Migration
•        Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud) and Red Hat OpenShift.
•        Strong stakeholder management skills
•        Strong presentation skills
•        Ability to travel domestically for client engagement
