About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Financial Service Officer to support our mortgage brokers throughout the full loan application lifecycle—from submission through to settlement. This role is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills who thrives in a process-driven environment.

You will play a critical role in ensuring loan applications are prepared accurately, progressed efficiently, and delivered in line with lender and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit residential loan applications to various lenders
• Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers, and lenders to collect required documentation and follow up outstanding items
• Track and manage loan application progress to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met
• Conduct credit checks and verify income, liabilities, and supporting financial documents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Ensure all applications comply with lender policies and relevant regulatory requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Prior experience in loan processing or within the mortgage/finance industry (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Effective communication and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
• Familiarity with lender portals and CRM systems is an advantage

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Vietnam Time).
