Factory Manager

A No-Sew (Nosew) Factory Manage r oversees advanced thermal-bonding, heat-transfer, and lamination production lines—primarily in footwear manufacturing. Key responsibilities include production scheduling, quality control of chemical bonding, and process optimization.
Core Responsibilities
Production Oversight: Manage daily operations for non-stitch, heat-seal (H/F), and bonding assembly lines to hit output targets.
Technical Quality Control: Resolve defects in chemical adhesive application, thermo-welding, and material delamination.
Process Optimization: Implement lean manufacturing, reduce material waste, and improve line efficiency. more daitals will be discussed in the interview meeting
Industry Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of proven management/technical experience specifically within the footwear manufacturing industry.
Technical Expertise: Exceptional, hands-on knowledge of footwear printing technologies (Chemical/Screen/Heat Transfer) and advanced No-sew processes.
Problem-Solving: Strong capability in production planning, quality management, and process troubleshooting on the factory floor.
Nationality: Open to both Expats and Vietnamese Nationals.
Language: Knowledge of Vietnamese is a strong plus for Expat candidates
