Job Responsibilities

Facilities and Electrical Systems Management: Oversee the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of factory electrical systems and electromechanical infrastructure to ensure stable and reliable operations.

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, supervise maintenance activities, and ensure timely resolution of equipment and infrastructure issues.

Fire Protection and Occupational Safety: Manage factory fire protection and prevention systems, ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, and coordinate occupational health and safety activities.

Technical Incident Management: Respond promptly to technical emergencies involving electricity, water supply, compressed air, and other utility systems to minimize production downtime.

Utilities Management: Monitor the performance and reliability of essential factory utility systems, identify potential risks, and coordinate corrective actions to maintain uninterrupted production.

Team Management: Lead and supervise the facilities and maintenance team, allocate resources, establish work procedures, and monitor team performance.

Compliance and Inspection: Ensure facilities and utility systems meet applicable legal requirements and technical standards; coordinate statutory inspections, maintenance records, and relevant audits.

Contractor and Vendor Management: Coordinate external contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, inspections, and technical improvement projects.

Cost and Resource Control: Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, and operational resources while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Continuous Improvement: Identify infrastructure risks, improve maintenance procedures, and implement initiatives to enhance system reliability, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Solid experience in factory facilities, utilities, electrical systems, or electromechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment.

Previous experience managing factory facilities or maintenance teams; experience in a large-scale manufacturing plant is preferred.

Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, electromechanical infrastructure, and factory utility systems, including water supply and compressed air.

Practical experience in fire protection systems, fire prevention, and occupational health and safety management.

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and respond effectively to urgent infrastructure failures that may affect production.

Mandarin Chinese communication skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking management and colleagues.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Good knowledge of relevant technical standards, safety regulations, preventive maintenance practices, and compliance requirements.

Proactive, hands-on, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
