+) Bachelor’s degree;

+) Having 2 – 5 years of experience in in managing facility maintenance, fire-fighting systems, safety inspections, and technical systems.

+) Experience in supervising tenant fit-out, renovation, maintenance, and event setup works, with a strong focus on safety and risk control.

+) Experience in a shopping mall or commercial building environment is preferred.
