Tuyển dụng Event Operations Staff/Nhân Viên Điều Hành Event tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Planning & Execution: Receive client requirements; develop execution plans, layout setups, spatial arrangements, and equipment specifications for conferences and events.
• Vendor Management: Survey, contact, and work with vendors (hotels, restaurants, transportation, sound & lighting, LED screens, booth construction, etc.).
• Quotation & Contracting: Review client guidelines/budgets, prepare quotations, track approval status, and proceed with bookings with vendors.
• Logistics Coordination: Develop plans for airport transfers, vehicle schedules, hotel rooms, meal arrangements, and venue logistics per the itinerary.
• On-site Management: Directly manage on-site event operations; monitor timelines, update service statuses, and handle unexpected requests (changes in guest count, schedules, rooms, vehicles, etc.).
• Post-Event Settlement: Track invoices and reconcile costs with vendors; coordinate with the Accounting department to finalize documentation and post-event settlements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: College or University degree (Majors in Tourism, Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields preferred).
• Experience: Experience in the Event/MICE industry or event operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of event organization processes; basic knowledge of setup, layout, sound & lighting, LED, and related technical elements.
• Language: Ability to read and understand documents, emails, quotations, and communicate in English.
