Key Purpose of the Job:

1/ Consultative Sales and Business Performance:

• Engage with online prospective students, understand their needs and recommend suitable Wall Street English learning solutions.
• Deliver engaging and personalized online sales consultations that clearly communicate the value of our learning method and programs.
• Build trust with prospects and effectively engage other decision-makers where appropriate.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to achieve individual targets and contribute to the Center’s monthly performance.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and build a healthy pipeline of prospective students.

2/ Student Relationships and Referral Development:

• Maintain positive relationships with students throughout their learning journey.
• Collaborate with the Coach and Service teams to support student engagement and satisfaction.
• Identify referral and re-enrollment opportunities through strong student relationships.
• Respond constructively to student concerns and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure appropriate follow-up.

3/ Sales Discipline and Professional Development:

• Maintain accurate and timely prospect and student information in the CRM.
• Organize daily sales activities effectively across calls, appointments, consultations and follow-ups.
• Review personal performance and actively participate in sales coaching, training and development activities.
• Continuously improve product knowledge, presentation skills and sales techniques.

• At least 2-year Sales and service experience (Real Estate, Insurance, Finance & Banking, Education, Luxury retail, HR Recruitment – Headhunting, Premium Health & Fitness, Automative Sales)
• College Degree or above
• Strong interest in sales and motivation to work in a target-driven environment.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Confident communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Resilience, initiative and a positive response to feedback and coaching.
• Strong learning agility and the potential to develop into a high-performing sales professional.
• Good organization and follow-up discipline.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Coaching and Service teams.
• WSE English level is 5
