1. E-commerce Store Operations

Manage daily operations of official stores across Shopee, TikTok Shop,…and other e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, stock, promotions, content, and brand presentation.

Create and publish TikTok content to drive organic traffic, engagement, followers, and sales for the official TikTok Shop.

Manage shop customer service, including inquiries, reviews, feedback, and complaints.

Directly host livestreams to drive traffic and sales, including content preparation, product presentation, promotions, and audience engagement.

Monitor store and livestream performance to improve traffic, conversion, orders, and revenue.

2. Sales, Traffic & Ads

Plan & execute e-commerce promotions, campaigns, and paid media (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads) to drive traffic, conversion, and sales.

Monitor sales, campaign, and ad performance to optimize budget and identify growth opportunities.

3. Data & Performance Analysis

Track and analyze sales, traffic, conversion, campaign, and store performance.

Prepare regular performance reports and actionable recommendations for management.

4. Online Seller Support

Support external online sellers with e-commerce content, materials, and product information.

Provide basic e-commerce training and guidance to improve shop operations and sell-out.

Working place: KDC Phú Hữu, P.Long Trường, TP.HCM

Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations.

Good understanding of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.

Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and directly hosting livestreams.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
