Job Summary

• Manage day-to-day operations of INNISFREE’s official store on TikTok Shop, ensuring smooth execution of sales campaigns, promotions, product listings, pricing, and merchandising activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and TikTok Shop platform representatives to implement campaign plans, optimize store performance, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, platform activities, and operational KPIs to identify issues and support timely improvements.

Principal Accountabilities

• Daily Store Operations: Manage daily operations of INNISFREE’s official TikTok Shop, including product listing, SKU updates, pricing, promotional mechanics, vouchers, and store merchandising.
• Campaign Execution: Implement sales campaigns and promotional activities according to the approved annual, quarterly, and monthly plans, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Platform Coordination: Work closely with TikTok Shop representatives to register campaigns, secure promotional slots, coordinate platform programs, and follow up on visibility and funding support.
• Sales Performance Monitoring: Track daily and monthly sales performance against targets, monitor key metrics, and promptly identify gaps or issues requiring corrective actions.
• Stock and Sales Forecasting: Monitor sell-out performance, stock availability, and inventory levels; coordinate with the Demand Planning team on replenishment and inbound stock requirements.
• Content and Merchandising Coordination: Collaborate with Brand, E-commerce Content, and Digital Marketing teams to update product pages, optimize product visuals and content, and implement onsite merchandising activities.
• Promotion and Pricing Management: Set up and monitor promotional mechanics, product discounts, vouchers, and pricing updates in line with approved plans and company guidelines.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Prepare regular sales and campaign performance reports, analyze traffic, conversion rates, and promotional effectiveness, and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
• Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, campaigns, and store activities on TikTok Shop to support day-to-day business decisions.

Job requirements

Qualification and Experience

• Education: Bachelor Degree in relating fields.

• Experience: at least 3+ years of similar experience (i.e. key account management on ecommerce platforms).

• Previous exposure to cosmetics, health and beauty, FMCG products is preferred.

• English: conversational level

Skill Sets

• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver concepts and ideas with clarity.

• Computing: MS Office, especially Excel.

• Familiarity with web analytics software and digital marketing tools is a big plus
