One Mount is Vietnam's leading technology ecosystem, building innovative solutions across retail, distribution, real estate and financial services. We are looking for a Director, Risk Management to lead enterprise-wide risk management and strengthen risk governance across the Group.

THE ROLE

As Director, Risk Management, you will lead the development and implementation of One Mount's enterprise risk management framework, ensuring key risks are proactively identified, assessed, monitored and mitigated while enabling sustainable business growth.

You will oversee Enterprise Risk Management, Operational & Technology Risk, and Fraud Risk Management, working closely with business, technology, data teams, subsidiaries and relevant external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the Group-wide Enterprise Risk Management framework, including risk appetite, policies, processes and governance mechanisms.

• Establish and monitor risk profiles, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and enterprise-wide risk assessments; provide timely and insightful risk reporting to senior leadership.

• Lead stress testing, scenario analysis and other risk assessment initiatives to support strategic decision-making.

• Build and strengthen Operational & Technology Risk Management, including risk assessment for new products, projects, systems and major changes prior to go-live.

• Develop and implement Fraud Risk Management frameworks, policies and fraud detection/prevention mechanisms across products and services.

• Partner with business, Technology & Data teams and relevant stakeholders to identify risk exposures and drive effective remediation and mitigation plans.

• Collaborate with Techcombank Centers of Excellence (TCB CoE) on technology, operational and fraud risk management.

• Promote a strong risk-aware culture across One Mount and build a high-performing risk management team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Banking, Economics, Information Technology or related fields. Professional certifications such as FRM, CRM or equivalent are a plus.

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, with at least 3 years in a management/leadership role.

• Strong experience in Enterprise Risk Management, preferably covering operational, technology and/or fraud risk.

• Experience in financial services/banking or large-scale technology/digital businesses is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of building and implementing enterprise risk frameworks and risk management solutions at scale.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex risk data into actionable recommendations.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and business teams.

• Strategic, prudent and decisive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to protecting organizational value.
