To drive this vision forward, we are seeking elite Product Directors to spearhead our most strategic, high-impact initiatives.

Our Strategic Initiatives (Projects):

Depending on your expertise, you will lead the product vision and execution for one of the following key platforms:

- Health OS (Healthcare Super-App): A flagship "Humanistic Technology" initiative delivering an end-to-end closed-loop healthcare ecosystem. We aim to act as a daily companion so users never become patients in the first place. You will build a connected journey covering Preventive Wellness, Tele-health, Real-time EMR Integration, In-Hospital Care, and Health Insurance, serving a potential user base of 27 million customers.

- Gia Binh International Airport - GBIA (Aviation Guest Platform): A world-class unified Guest Platform bridging physical and digital touchpoints for the new international airport. You will design and connect omni-channel journeys—including Onboarding, Fly, Navigate, Shop, Loyalty, and AI Concierge—setting a new standard for the aviation and travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Ownership

- Define the long-term product vision, strategy, roadmap (0-to-1 and scale-up), and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs) for your designated platform.

- Take end-to-end accountability for the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and business outcomes, ensuring alignment with One Mount’s overarching ecosystem goals.

2. Product Discovery & Customer-Centricity

- Champion the customer by deeply understanding user pain points, conducting user research, and analyzing behaviors.

- Lead product discovery by validating ideas through experimentation, MVPs, and iterative Agile development.

3. Execution & Ecosystem Integration

- Build seamless, connected customer journeys across digital and physical interfaces (e.g., integrating hospital HIS systems, airport kiosks, or fintech services).

- Leverage product analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions, optimize conversion funnels, and maximize Daily/Monthly Active Users (DAU/MAU).

4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment

- Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering a customer-centric, data-driven, and high-ownership culture.

- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, and Business Development teams to deliver high-quality products.

- Align C-suite executives, external partners (Medical Boards, Aviation partners), and operations around a shared vision.

Unified Job Requirements

Experience & Education

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including executive/leadership roles, with a proven track record of launching and scaling massive B2C digital products or super-apps.

• Domain Expertise (Highly Preferred based on project):

• For Health OS: Digital Health, HealthTech, Tele-medicine, EMR/HIS integration.

• For GBIA: Aviation, travel, hospitality, mobility, or physical-digital (omni-channel) experiences.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Design, Healthcare Management, or related fields.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Deep technical understanding of modern digital platforms, mobile architectures, API/system integrations, and relevant data security/regulatory standards.

• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).

Leadership & Mindset

• Customer-obsessed, visionary mindset with deep empathy for user pain points and a commitment to human-centric technology.

• Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
