What You’ll Do

Run digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) to drive app installs, leads and paid conversions, optimize CPL/CPA/CAC… to deliver KPI targets on schedule.

Manage and optimize the lead flow from ads to the telesales/agent team to enhance Acquisition Rate.

Execute promotional strategies for flash sales, mega campaigns, and product launches with strong ROAS.

Develop toolkits, ads, and content to empower Droppii Biz agents to sell more effectively

Apply AI tools to build automation for campaign monitoring, audits, and automated reporting, plus other tools that support manual work.

Maintain knowledge bases and prompts for AI assistants answering inbound messages.

Yêu cầu công việc

3+ years in performance marketing, growth, or e-commerce.

Strong in Meta/TikTok/Google Ads, A/B testing, CRM tools.

Data-savvy with tools like GA4, Appsflyer, Metabase, PowerBI.

Experience using and building AI automation tools for marketing work.

Creative thinker with a bias for action and rapid testing, with a foundation understanding of AARRR funnel.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup team.
