• Work with store to develop effective store layouts that optimize customer flow and enhance the shopping experience.
• Ensure the store's visual merchandising standards are maintained, including product displays, signage, and overall store presentation.
• Execute promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and product launches in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities to optimize merchandise assortment and presentation.
• Implement/follow store policies and procedures to ensure consistent operations and adherence to company standards.
• Create and execute initiatives to improve store performance, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, marketing, and quality assurance (QA), to ensure alignment strategies and achieve objectives.
• Follow up the sales and stock on hand in stores following our system.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business.
• Having under 1 year proven experience in inventory, stock management, allocation in retail, supermarket.
• Good communication in English.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and related software tools as Microsoft Office.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and stock performance.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
