MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC

• Quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động phát triển sản phẩm và phát triển mẫu của công ty; đóng vai trò trung tâm điều phối giữa Khách hàng – Innovation – Technical – Planning – Production nhằm nâng cao tốc độ và chất lượng phát triển sản phẩm, năng lực co-development với thương hiệu và năng lực cạnh tranh dài hạn của công ty.
• Mục tiêu trọng yếu
• Đáp ứng yêu cầu phát triển từ khách hàng đúng timeline và tiêu chuẩn.
• Đảm bảo sample leadtime theo target công ty.
• Điều phối hiệu quả giữa Development – Technical – Planning – Production – QA.
• Xây dựng hệ thống quản lý development chuyên nghiệp, chuẩn hóa và scalable.
• Tăng tốc độ phản hồi khách hàng và kiểm soát tỉ lệ chuyển đổi từ sample sang production order.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

• Quản lý hoạt động development tổng thể
• Quản lý và điều phối toàn bộ hoạt động phát triển mẫu của công ty.
• Kiểm soát workflow development end-to-end: tiếp nhận yêu cầu → technical review → chuẩn bị vật liệu → làm mẫu → kiểm nghiệm → phê duyệt → giao mẫu.
• Bảo đảm timeline development đáp ứng target công ty và khách hàng; theo dõi và kiểm soát development WIP.
• Điều phối mức độ ưu tiên giữa các request; theo dõi hiệu quả và đề xuất cải tiến.
• Quản lý Global Brand Development Team
• Giám sát phát triển mẫu cho các brand quốc tế theo đúng brand standard, coding system, color management và yêu cầu testing.
• Kiểm soát chất lượng giao tiếp với khách hàng và hỗ trợ xử lý escalation từ brand.
• Bảo đảm tính chuyên nghiệp và consistency trong hoạt động development với từng brand.
• Quản lý Industrial / FG Development Team
• Điều phối hoạt động hỗ trợ sample cho factory group và industrial customers.
• Bảo đảm hiệu quả execution, follow-up, sample coordination và internal communication.
• Kiểm soát timeline và độ chính xác; hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề về tiến độ và technical execution.
• Điều phối cross-functional
• Phối hợp: Technical (feasibility, giải pháp kỹ thuật), Planning (timeline, phân bổ năng lực), Production (ưu tiên thực thi), QA/Lab (testing, phê duyệt), Product Creator (định hướng innovation), Purchasing (material readiness).
• Chủ trì các cuộc họp development review và escalation.
• Là đầu mối điều phối giữa các bộ phận trong hoạt động phát triển mẫu.
• Quản lý hệ thống development
• Xây dựng và cải tiến SOP development, sample workflow, sample tracking, development database và KPI system.
• Chuẩn hóa sample data, coding system, development documentation và sample archive.
• Xây dựng hệ thống development có khả năng mở rộng (scalable) theo định hướng phát triển của công ty.
• Quản lý đội ngũ
• Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ development.
• Xây dựng KPI và đánh giá hiệu quả nhân sự định kỳ.
• Nâng cao năng lực phối hợp, teamwork và định hướng customer-oriented.
• Hỗ trợ innovation & strategic development
• Hỗ trợ CEO và Product Creator Team về concept mới, định hướng sản phẩm, seasonal development, material trend và innovation projects.
• Kết nối định hướng innovation với khả năng thực thi thực tế của nhà máy.
• Hỗ trợ xây dựng năng lực co-development với khách hàng và brand quốc tế.

• Overall Development Management
• Manage and coordinate all sample-development activities across the company.
• Control the end-to-end workflow: request receiving
• → technical review → material preparation → sampling → testing → approval → shipment.
• Ensure development timelines meet company and customer targets; monitor and control development WIP.
• Prioritize development requests; track performance and propose improvements.
• Global Brand Development
• Oversee sample development for international brands per brand standard, coding system, color management and testing requirements.
• Control the quality of customer communication and support brand escalations.
• Ensure professionalism and consistency in development for each brand.
• Industrial & FG Development
• Coordinate sample support for the factory group and industrial customers.
• Ensure effective execution, follow-up, sample coordination and internal communication.
• Control timeline and accuracy; support issues on schedule and technical execution.
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Coordinate with Technical (feasibility, solutions), Planning (timeline, capacity), Production (execution priority), QA/Lab (testing, approval), Product Creator (innovation direction), Purchasing (material readiness).
• Chair development review and escalation meetings.
• Act as the focal point across departments in sample development.
• Development System Management
• Build and improve development SOPs, sample workflow, sample tracking, development database and KPI system.
• Standardize sample data, coding system, documentation and sample archive.
• Build a scalable development-management system aligned with company growth.
• Team Management
• Manage, train and develop the development team.
• Set KPIs and evaluate staff performance regularly.
• Strengthen coordination, teamwork and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Innovation & Strategic Development
• Support the CEO and Product Creator Team on new concepts, product direction, seasonal development, material trends and innovation projects.
• Connect innovation direction with the factory's real execution capability.
• Build co-development capability with customers and international brands.

• Tối thiểu 5 năm trong phát triển sản phẩm / mẫu ngành dệt – may – phụ liệu, trong đó ≥ 2–3 năm quản lý.
• Hiểu quy trình phát triển mẫu end-to-end (request → sampling → testing → approval → shipment) và làm việc với brand quốc tế.
• Nắm coding system, color management, brand standard và yêu cầu testing.
• Kỹ năng điều phối cross-functional, quản lý timeline / WIP; tiếng Anh tốt để làm việc với khách hàng.

• Must-have
• Bachelor's degree in Textile / Engineering / Product Design / Management or related.
• Minimum 5 years in product / sample development in textile – garment – accessories, with ≥ 2–3 years in management.
• Understanding of the end-to-end development process (request → sampling → testing → approval → shipment) and working with international brands.
• Command of coding systems, color management, brand standards and testing requirements.
• Cross-functional co
