The Design Team is part of Commercial Excellence and plays a strategic role in supporting Bayer Pharma Brazil by transforming business objectives into impactful visual and omnichannel experiences. Working closely with Product, Omnichannel, CRM, and Commercial teams, we develop creative solutions that strengthen brand strategies, enhance customer engagement, and ensure consistency across channels. What makes our team unique is the combination of creativity, innovation, and business partnership, offering strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and direct contribution to business success.

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO

• Responsible for developing creative online and offline materials with agility, flexibility, and autonomy, adding value through every deliverable provided to the marketing team and other stakeholders. The designer is an essential part of product strategy, applying design thinking, blueprinting, and other tools that help map and solve problems.
• Responsibilities
• Creation of Visual Assets (Online and Offline): Develop creative materials for key visuals, digital campaigns, social media, templates, events, and printed materials, ensuring consistency with the project or product visual identity.
• Art Direction and Aesthetic Sensibility: Ensure clarity, impact, and visual quality across all materials.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate concepts and strategies into creative visual solutions, collaborating with the marketing, digital, market access, and training teams.
• Demand Management: Ensure materials are properly organized, monitor requests, and coordinate delivery timelines in accordance with the team’s SLA.
• Veeva: Understand the Veeva system in order to manage content approval processes.

ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?

• Qualifications and Competencies
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in
• Socorro, South Zone of São Paulo, Brazil.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, and related fields.
• Proven experience as a Graphic, UX, or Multimedia Designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere.
• Ability to work autonomously while organizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong aesthetic judgment, attention to detail, and critical conceptual thinking.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience using AI to accelerate processes and support image creation.
• An up-to-date portfolio featuring graphic and digital work.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, agencies, and multinational companies
• Previous experience with Veeva is desirable.
• Intermediate/advanced English
