Tuyển dụng Design Lead (Industrial / Product Design Base) tại Hồ Chí Minh

- 3+ years of professional design experience, with experience leading or mentoring designers.

- Background in Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or multidisciplinary design.

- A strong portfolio showing creative concepts and product development.

- Good understanding of materials, manufacturing, product construction and printing/finishing techniques.

- Strong visualization skills using relevant 2D and/or 3D design tools.

- Ability to balance creativity with commercial and manufacturing requirements.

- Good communication skills and business-level English.

- Comfortable working with Sales, Product Development and Production teams.

Strong Advantage

- Experience with consumer products, promotional merchandise, packaging, POS/display or branded products, particularly if you have worked with factories or reviewed physical samples.

- Hand sketching and strong 3D visualization skills are also an advantage.
