A. Business & Sales Management

Develop and implement monthly/quarterly/annually sales plans in line with Branch Head and Company targets.

Lead the Project Sales team to achieve sales, order and business development targets.

Monitor sales performance and take timely corrective actions where required.

Manage sales forecasts, project lists and stock allocation.

Analyze market conditions, competitor activities and business opportunities to propose appropriate sales strategies and action plans.

Monitor the implementation of signed projects in line with committed sales and delivery schedules.

B. Project & Customer Development

Develop new project opportunities and promote Daikin products and solutions from the early stage of projects.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with owners, developers, consultants, contractors and other key stakeholders.

Develop key accounts and establish long-term strategic partnerships with potential customers.

Negotiate contracts, close deal together with Project Sales staff

Conduct regular customer and project-site visits to identify new opportunities and increase project inquiries.

C. Market & Provincial Development

Lead Project Sales activities Quang Binh to Quang Ngai.

Strengthen Daikin's customer network and market coverage, particularly in developing provincial markets.

Collect and analyze market and competitor information and propose actions to improve the Company's competitive position.

D. Team Management & Development

Lead, manage and motivate the Project Sales team to achieve department and individual targets.

Coach and develop Sales Engineers in project development, customer management, negotiation and closing skills.

Participate in recruitment, manpower planning and team development to ensure adequate resources and capabilities.

E. Cross-functional Coordination

Coordinate closely with Technical, Service, Sales Support, Logistics and other relevant functions to support project development and execution.

Ensure effective coordination throughout the project sales process, from opportunity development and quotation to order, delivery and implementation.

F. Customer Engagement & Brand Development

Organize and participate in customer seminars, technical presentations, exhibitions and other business activities.

Introduce Daikin products, solutions, new technologies and applicable sales programs to customers.

Graduated from Technical majors (Prefer Heat & Refrigeration major)

At least 4 years of working experience as HVAC Project Manager/ Assistant Manager

Good in English (Both verbal & written), good presentation skills, Ms Office

Have good relationships with contractors, owners & consultants

Demonstrate ability to achieve sales goals

Strategic & tactical mindset

Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to influence, inspire, persuade & motivate others

Willing to travel for business
