Depending on your rotation and assignment, you may have the opportunity to

• Translate customer, patient and market insights into actionable business recommendations
• Support or lead brand, portfolio, launch or go-to-market priorities
• Contribute to patient access and patient pathway initiatives
• Use data and insights to inform decision-making
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects
• Who we are looking for
• We are looking for ambitious, curious and purpose-driven early-career professionals who want to grow, challenge themselves and make a meaningful difference in healthcare.
• REQUIREMENTS

You should

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or another healthcare-related field, together with a Master’s degree in a relevant business or commercial discipline, such as Business Administration, Management or Marketing
• Have 1 - 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Hold Vietnamese citizenship and be available to work in Ho Chi Minh City
• Demonstrate strong English communication skills, equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or above
• Demonstrate strong leadership potential, learning agility, curiosity and adaptability
• Bring a passion for innovation and improving patient outcomes
• Demonstrate digital and AI capability through practical application or relevant use cases
• Be open to cross-functional and field-based rotations and, where opportunities arise, international exposure or mobility
