Tuyển dụng Customer Service Executive (Logistics - Forwarding Industry) tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Handle air freight, sea freight and inland transport orders with basic knowledge on all fields both inbound and outbound activities.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and overseas agent correspondence and offering solutions. 
• Working with vendor (trucking)/ carrier/co-loader/airline to get the best rate.
• Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s requirements and customer’s standard operating procedure.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and services
• Provide comprehensive and professional services to customers, working to acquire, retain and develop relationships. 
• Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with our customer and internal departments. Closely co-operate with MKT team to support the initiatives as and when necessary
• Other tasks will be decided by line manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Job Requirements:

1. Above full-time university bachelor degree in Logistics field.

2. 3 - 5 years of customer services experience in freight forwarding industry. 

3. Knowledge of handling air freight and sea freight shipments both, customs and inland transport is an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge:

1. Good command of written and spoken English and Vietnamese

2. Having good Microsoft office skill.

3. Knowledge about Incoterms and having work experience in Logistic/freight forwarding industry is a plus.

4. Can work under pressure, hardworking and teamwork spirit.

5. Strong responsibility, dedication, honest and credible.

6. Sincerity and long-term development of the company.

Working hours:

- From Mon - Fri : 8.00 am - 5.30 pm (lunch time : 1h30)

- Sat : 8.00 am - 12.00 pm (half day)
